Mandala Vinyasa Yoga Workshop 4: EARTH // Hamstrings and Forward Folds.

Mandala Yoga recognises the classical elements; Fire,

Water, Air and Earth as being connected to specific areas of

the body and their associated chakras.

 

Connect to the element of Earth and Muladhara chakra by

grounding and stabalising yourself. Moving 360° around the

mat, this 2 hour workshop will work into the hamstrings and

back of the body, allowing you to fold deeper and access

inversions more easily.

 

We will start and end the session with Pranayama and Yin Yoga,

opening and 'closing' the areas of the body we are working.

Connect to the element of Fire, and Manipura chakra by

activating and strengthening the core. Light your inner fire of

willpower and transformation by twisting and turning 360° around

the mat. This 2 hour workshop is designed to help you to access

deeper twists and to move into binds and hand balances with more

confidence and with greater awareness.

 

We will start and end the session with Pranayama and Yin Yoga,

opening and stabalising the hips. Access your creativity and

flow like water 360° around the mat, this 2 hour workshop is

designed to help you to safely access deeper hip openers.

 

We will start and end the session with Pranayama and Yin Yoga,

opening and 'closing' the areas of the body we are working.

Connect to the element of Air and Anahata chakra by opening

your heart with backbends! Floating 360° around the mat, this

2 hour workshop is designed to help you to open the shoulders

and heart space, and to stabalise and strengthen the quads.

Allowing you to safely access deeper backbends.

 

We will start and end the session with Pranayama and Yin Yoga,

opening and 'closing' the areas of the body we are working.
